ROAD TO

It started on four wheels. Chef Omar Vega built Rolling Chefs from the streets up — Hispanic and American flavors, bold combinations, cooked to order, served through a window.
After more than a decade earning a reputation across Hart County, the truck found its permanent home at 107 N Forest Ave. Same food. Same fire. Same chef. Just walls around it now.
